UK Delivery Only

We currently ship exclusively within the UK. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail from our fulfilment centre based in Horsham.

Holiday Shipping Schedule

Please note our festive shipping schedule to ensure your DÒDÒ arrives when you need it:

Last orders for Christmas delivery: December 22nd by 11:00 AM. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on December 29th.

Holiday service: One shipping day on December 29th for orders placed between Dec 22nd (after 11am) and Dec 29th (before 11am).

Normal service resumes: January 2nd, 2026

Planning a celebration? Order early to avoid disappointment. For urgent orders during the holiday period, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery - £3.99

Delivery timeframe: 2-3 working days from dispatch

  • Orders placed Monday-Friday before 11:00am will be dispatched the same day

  • Orders placed after 11:00am will be dispatched the next working day

  • Orders placed Saturday-Sunday will be dispatched on Monday

Next Day Delivery - £7.99

Delivery timeframe: Next working day (when ordered before 11:00am on a working day)

  • Orders must be placed before 11:00am Monday-Friday for next working day delivery

  • Orders placed after 11:00am will be dispatched the following working day for delivery the day after

  • Next day delivery is not available for orders placed Saturday-Sunday

  • Please note: Next day means the next working day (Monday-Saturday, excluding bank holidays)

Important Notes

  • All dispatch times are based on working days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays)

  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day

  • You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched

  • Delivery times may be affected during peak periods or adverse weather conditions

International Orders

We only ship within the UK. However, many international customers successfully order DÒDÒ through friends or family in the UK, who then arrange onward shipping. If you'd like to explore this option or discuss alternatives, please contact us.
