Crafted in celebration of our collaboration with Pass the Meerkat. DÒDÒ's caramelised plantain sweetness meets the bold intensity of pomegranate and lime, finished with honey. A ruby-red toast to creative partnerships and unforgettable flavour.

Ingredients:

• 60ml DÒDÒ Plantain Rum

• 2 x Lime Wedges

• 120ml Pomegranate Juice

• 25ml honey (or cocktail syrup / gomme)

Method:

Fill shaker with ice. Squeeze limes in and shake with DÒDÒ, juice and honey. Pour over ice and garnish with a lime wedge to serve!
