Ingredients (Premium Serve):

• 50ml DÒDÒ Plantain Rum

• 25ml Fresh Lime

• 20ml Vanilla Syrup

• Garnish: Fresh Lime Wedge

Ingredients (Deluxe Serve):

• 45ml DÒDÒ Plantain Rum

• 15ml Galliano Vanilla

• 25ml Fresh Lime

• 10ml Cane Sugar

• Garnish: Ripe Plantain Chip on Cocktail Peg

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin, and shake with ice for 10 seconds. Double strain into Nick & Nora or Coupe glassware.
