Ingredients:

• 40ml DÒDÒ Plantain Rum

• 10ml Creme de Cacao (white)

• 10ml Sugar Syrup

• 2 dashes Chocolate Bitters

• 50ml Double Cream

• Garnish: Grated Sea Salt & Caramel Dark Chocolate

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin and shake with ice for 10 seconds. Double strain into the glass. Serve in Coupe glassware
