• 25ml DÒDÒ Plantain Rum

• 25ml Campari

• 25ml Sweet Vermouth

• Garnish: Fresh Orange Slice

Ingredients (Deluxe Serve):

• 25ml DÒDÒ Plantain Rum

  25ml Campari

  25ml Discarded Sweet Vermouth

• Garnish: Unripe Plantain Chip

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a mixing vessel and stir for 20-30 seconds. Strain into a Rocks glass over ice.
