The classic rum and coke, but with DÒDÒ’s caramelised plantain and spice. It tastes richer and rounder than the usual version. Familiar, but better.

Ingredients:

• 50ml DÒDÒ plantain-infused rum

• 150ml chilled cola

• Plenty of ice cubes

• Optional: 10ml fresh lime juice (optional, cuts the sweetness)

Method:

Fill a rocks tumbler with ice. Pour in the DÒDÒ, and add the lime juice if you’re using it. Top with chilled cola. Stir once, gently, and serve.
