👃 Aroma: Overripe plantain notes envelope the senses slowly revealing undertones of vanilla, caramel, cinnamon spice, pear drops, honey and white chocolate.
👅 Taste: A sweet brown sugar approach leads to a buttered, caramelised plantain mid palate ending with a long finish of overripe bananas with a robust backbone of cinnamon and allspice.
